What are people complaining about regarding the parking...I don't get it...every apartment comes with either a garage or a carport, eitherway, you get one assigned parking place. Therefore, you're always guaranteed a parking spot, what is the problem here' Did you fill your garage with junk and you can't park in it now. I've lived in several places throughout the U.S. and I must say that the office staff couldn't be more caring. Everytime I've ever had an issue they were more than happy to take care of it and in an immediate manner as well. The maintenance staff answers service calls in less than 24 hours everytime I've ever had anything needed to be done. The entire staff care about the property and the residents. I know that they have resident socials every month and go all out for each one. We had a Christmas party where the office staff cooked everything for us with a honey-baked ham, veggies, hors de vours, wine, punch, eggnog, santa, and the works. A lot of residents came. They go all out on each resident social. They sent me a card when they found out I was in a car accident. Then when we had our baby they sent us fowers. What other place would do that' If you don't like the place or the staff, more than likely it has something to do with you. I think the people who have complaints are those who just want something for nothing and think the world owes them everything. The minute something doesn't go their way, they want to blame everyone else. I go into the office just to hang out with the staff from time to time, just because they're so fun and nice. They have just remodeled the club house and it looks amazing. Very Classy! They even have free tanning. Their pet deposit is the same as everyone elses. Besides. After a pet lives on the carpet it usually has to be replaced and the cost of replacement is a lot more than my little deposit and/or pet rent. Trust me, I know!
