My family has lived here for just over two years. We love the amenities like the pool and work out room. We love our vaulted ceilings and 2 bed, 2bath apartment. However, we have had several beefs with the management. Beware and know that upon signing your contract, (unless you are military) you will be required to pay $1500 to break your lease. 2nd, there have been serious problems with mold in some apartments. See ABC4 (Channel 4) website and search for mold and Pinnacle Mtn view apartments and you should find a report on how a pregnant woman complained about it and it finally got fixed, but not until she feared the danger of herself and baby and left the complex. The only thing they apt. officials cared about was when they we're going to get their $1500 back for breaching her lease.
3rd, in current residents lease agreements, it says, the renter must provide his/her own cable, and internet services. However, this is a huge lie. 2 months ago we we're notified by Ygnition internet service out of Washington state that as of June 1st, Qwest would be cutting our service. If we have Comcast cable, that would be cut too (unless you are only staying in apartments for 3 mos or less you can keep your existing contracts; oh, and boy do the military residents get preferential treatment-(no offense to you if you are military. God bless you for your sacrifices and willingness to serve our great country.)
Last, upon signing a new contract extension, beware! Your rent may increase 30, even $40 per month. Watch out for Monique, if she's there she won't listen to you. She does a terrible job and doesn't care the least about you. Unless you whine and put your foot down, nothing gets done in this apartment complex.
Beware if you have a Honda. You may be broken into and your stereo stolen.
Oh, they featured new amenities, like unlimited tanning and free movie rentals, then later charged for them.
I would not recommend living at Pinnacle Mtn View Apartments. Buy a house if you can, or live somewhere cheaper.

People who complain about paying money to break a lease, obviously have never lived in real apartments before. You dont sign a contract for your health, if you READ you lease you know that you are required to pay the rent at the apartments for as long as your leasse is set. 1500 is easy, most normal apartments require you to pay the rest of the rent for the entire time you were supposed to be there, if you plan to leave.
