We have lived in Pinnacle for a little over two years. Never once late on a payment, usually earlier.. you think that would appreciate that but NO. We purchased a house and the house wasnt done in time so we needed to pay one month out of our lease, they JACKED the price up, 200.00 more for a month-month. But fine, they aren't very thankful for good tenants. We're moving out, they told us we HAD to pay for the carpet cleaning (which is a lie, you can get it done yourself) and told us if we paid $120.00 for a full cleaning we could just walk out. Seemed like an ok deal, so we did it. Then got charged $325.00. 65.00 for paint/supplie, 20.00 for drip pans (whatever those are) 45.00 for a BLIND CLEANING''' the 120.00 for the apartment clean and our final Utility. When we called about they pretty much said "oh well" DON'T reccomend AT ALL. Since they were bought out about 1 year ago, they ha ve gone steadily DOWNHILL!
