While living here we had multiple issues with noisy/rude people walking around the building at late hours. We had to call the police our twice for different altercations outside our building.
They are not military friendly, their staff was uppity and rude, and the apartments are well overpriced for the average quality you get.
They also sent a pest control person into our apartment without our permission, who then left rat traps around the apartment even though we had 2 indoor cats.

Just wondering...Did anyone else have a problem with transient-looking teenagers trying to sell magazines to you all the time while living at PMV? When I lived there I had a lot of them at my door & they kind of scared me. I never knew if they were legitimate. One guy followed me from my car & made sexual-inuendos the whole time so I hurried inside my apartment & locked the door! I called the front desk right away & the staff lady said she couldn't do anything because she was alone in the office that day (on a weekend). There was a "No soliciting" sign on the front gate. You'd think she could have called the cops or something. Anyway, that was always unsettling.
