I just moved out after living there for almost a year and a half. Let me tell you, this place sucks big time. It's way over priced for the overall quality of the apartments and the service provided by the staff. It's so funny reading the other reviews, realizing that I'm not just insane. The staff is very incompetent and incredibly stuck up. Yes, the girls in the office dress like cracked out strippers and Scott is as --- as a three $ bill. Anytime I had an issue with maintenance or the service, Scott would bite my head off like he was the queen of Pinnacle Mountain View. There are outrageous fees for everything imaginable so get ready to grab your ankles and take Scott up the A**. They don't care if you are military or if you have to deploy for 9 months; there will be some kind of charge to get out of your contract. I just got billed an extra $200 for turning my keys in 2 days late...
Whats up with the pool anyways'' Oh wait, it's never open...

I agree there is some venting going on, but I agree with some of what was said. Any complaints about the maintainence staff is treated like you are just attacked their children. I think some of the crew are professional, the head maintainence guy is a joke. He would like all the tenants go away so he could enjoy his day and not have to do anything. The pool could be open almost one month earlier and later, but I am sure that is more work. The girls in the office seem dressed nice all the time, but there is really no one in that office looking out for the tenants. Cable/DirectTV is truely one of the most bizzare deals I have ever seen. There are three partys involved in providing you service and none of them take responsibility for anything. There is Qwest, Direct TV and the Property. When the signal is out, they look at each other for a solution. Something needs fixed and they point at each other saying they need to fix it. While the writer might be venting, I certainly know where the frustration comes from.

I have lived at Pinnacle Mountain View for 10 years and find it a great place to live. I have never had any problems with the staff and think Scott if very friendly and professional. I don't feel that I am nickled and dimed to death. I think the office girls are very nice and classy. Whoever wrote this review is only venting because he probably didn't end up getting his way. Poor Baby!

So what the previous resident is saying is that the girls attire in the office and Scott doing his job made his apartment bad? Did the staff live with him? I guess if you don't follow rules like everyone else is required to, then you expect special treatment because you are military. Pinnacle Mountain View is lucky to be rid of such a moron!
