I live on the 2nd floor, and the noise just from the tenants above me walking around is enough to wake the dead. The is no insulation in this place at all. The rent is outrageous for what we get, the sprinkler sytem ruins our paint jobs, and you can't get out of your lease for any reason other than death. Poor management policies

I second that! I too used to live on the second floor & thought a family of elephants lived above me. It's almost as if the noise echos through the non-insulated ceiling & becomes louder to the second floor tenants. Anyway...the hard water coming out of those sprinklers is terrible too. They shouldn't be spraying directly at the cars in the parking lot either...what a waste!

I live on the 2nd floor and had no problems at all. Nor with the sprinklers. You must not be tolerant of apartment living. If you know so much why aren't you running the place, idiot!
