This IS the nicest apartment complex in Clearfield. There are all kinds of tenants here, no show of favoritism in any level. Singles, Couples, Young families,Middle and Upper ages, disabled. Its a nice mix. The garden tub is wonderful, and my favorite one of a kind amenity about the complex is the shower knob--a temperature set one--as I am a single tenant, there is absolutelyd no adjusting the shower knob every time. There are two parts, the temperature setting one is adjustable but stays stationary when you turn on the second part, which adjusts the flow of water to your liking. My water is the desired temperature every time, no back and forth for just the right temp. The color scheme indoors and out is very homey and comforting, and the neutral colors indoors lend themselves to any decor. I have just about every color of the rainbow and they all jive quite nicely. The carpets are thick and quite soft for a commercial complex, and THANK GOD, stain resistant. (I am an ample spiller, and with a little carpet cleaner, anything comes right up) If you have a dog, this place is a dream. It is incredibly dog friendly, with a lovely sort of "dog park" in the squares between apartments and plenty of shoveled walkways in the winter. It's Aptly priced, for its amenities, location, and staff-- For Clearfield, its layout and luxuries are heaven sent. It is located right across the street from the Davis Annex of Weber State. Its Just Down the street from just about everything important in Layton. The mall is just a street away and MOST importantly for those service members who need to commute to work, RIGHT next to Hillfield. Personally, I love most of the staff and EVERYONE in the office. All but one has been here since I have in January of 2008, which is a testament to the place, they RETAIN staff because they are so well trained and I am sure hand picked. I think all of the following personal attacks about the WOMEN in the office are simply rude and innapropriate. Who ever attacked SCOTT should be disciplined accordingly by Yahoo staff-- SCOTT was the CSR who showed me around the place when I first came to see the complex, and remembered my name from the very first time I came in, and I had only popped in for a brochure. He has worked here for at least a year now, and been aptly promoted because his friendliness, helpfulness and Customer Service skills are superb. My opinion is, Ask for Scott after 5 on weekdays, and 10-7 on Saturday, he really knows his stuff here. Nine times out of ten assistance for my maintence problems are resolved the same day I ask for it, and I DONT think its because I am any different than any other tenant. Like ANY apartment complex, there are going to be a few unresolved issues; All but a small few of mine are with a few of the tenants (all of whom are in their early twenties--GIs who think the apartment complex revolves around them and have no regard for anyone else. ). My only 2 real qualms are with snow removal in the winter, which I have discussed with the NEW manger recently and she agrees, and with the fact that there are no side walks connecting the apartments.

I'm not sure what you're referring to with the GIs, but it sounded pretty rude & off-putting to me. Other than that, thanks for your comments. I'll take the rest of what you said into consideration while I choose a place to live near Hill AFB.
