I am an 80 year old senior who rented a corporate appartment for 1,850. 00 per month for three months. I didn't even get a carport or garage. The upstairs appartment overflowed with water flooding my appartment with water damage for two months , the smell was something else! No cleanup was done by management, only by me for the two months I rented there. Then the Seattle management mailed me a copy of an altered cleaning bill, saying that they cleaned my appartment, but the bill was for the downstairs appartment cleaning. They cleaned the upstairs and the one below me but not mine. Next, my dog and I were attacked by a residents vicious dog. Mine was on a leash the other dog was not on a leash. I was stuck with most of the medical bills. While living there I saw every rule broken, inclueding using charcoal BBQ's. Dog poop everwhere. 2 year old baby boy left in the hottub over an hour. The pool was vandelized and we couldn't use it for ten days in the hottest part of the summer.
When I subbitimeted a complaint to the Seattle office they basicaly told me to get lost, no help from them at all! Amber Anderson never returned my phone calls or answered any lettersd I had written.
Before you rent here think about it for awhile. If they treat an 80 year ww11 vet like this how will they treat you' Don't look any help from the management, but make sure you pay your rent on time like I did every month for what or pay a high late fee.
