I lived here a little over a year. At first I recommended the complex to all my friends. Now however, I have changed my mind. The "no pet" policy is not enforced. Although I love animals and don't mind them usually, I moved in here from another complex that allowed pets hoping the noise would not be an issue. After a few months I realized this complex had more animals than my previous residence. Both myself and my wife and twins were kept up all throughout the day and night by animals barking inside the apartments and outside on the grounds. If you do move here be careful walking around in the snow- apparently residents think it hides the animal droppings. Management seem to be caring and helpful, but in actuality I never saw any issues really get resolved regarding the pets bothering residents.
