This property and it's management does not have any regard for their tenants or anything under the sun really...oh except your money. On Sept 11th they issued the orders for a local pest control company to place poison pellets on roof tops to kill hundreds of pigeons and starlings. Well, in front of residents these pigeons and whatever othe bird found the poison, dropped to the ground and flopped around for anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes until they died. The office staff and managements response to horrified tenants was very inapproiate and unprofessional. This was mean, cruel, and uncalled for. Stay away from Allegro and move to a neighboring unit and there are plenty of new homes going up nearby that are about the same payment as Allegro for a 3-4 bedroom new home.
