My husband and I have been here for over a year, and we are both sad that we are giving our 30 day notice this week. I would live here for few more years if I could, but now that I work with a different apartment community, we decided that it would be best to transfer. Especially with how much our rent is and how much gas has gone up, but the rent is worth it to me. If you are looking for a nice apartment and somewhere very quiet, this is the place for you! We lived here during our first year of marriage, and we couldn't be happier! Management is great, maintanence is "okay" (we have only needed them twice, and once they took two weeks to to respond to our work order, even after we personally talked to the one of the maintanence guys three times about it), the grounds are beautiful, and it is literally crime-free here! It is one of the best apartments in the valley by far, but just know that the rent here is high. Thanks for everything, Allegro!
