I have lived at Allegro for a year now and I just gave my thirty day notice. I live in the bigger one bedroom apartment. The smaller one was cheaper, but holy crap, I don't see how any couple can live in that mouse hole. Probably would work for a single college student.

The rent I pay is 873 a month, plus an extra 35 for their internet, so a grand total came to: 908 for a one bedroom/ one bathroom apartment. I believe the price of living here is extremely high.

The internet connection is good. I wasn't looking for speed, just to pay bills and things and it worked great.

The pool was fine. Of course, during the summer time you'll get the drinking and partying going on, but then again I didn't mind so much because I did not live next to the pool.

Very quiet indeed. I got the normal apartment noise, but nothing more than that. My wife and I probably made more noise than the people above us.

Really safe place to live. I work in law enforcement myself and I was impressed by the timely manner security came around.

Managment was fine. Nothing really to complain about. You'll have your favorites to talk to. Parking was right next to my apartment and served its purpose.

The only thing that still bugs me today is this: When I moved in, I did not have a light fixture in the bedroom. I went to them and explained this and they said, "Some come with and some don't." I went and bought one for 10 dollars at home depot, but that still gets me under the skin.

They also raised my rent 10 dollars. Not a lot, but it just made me irritated to pay some more and I am getting nothing more in return. If you wanted to rent month to month it was going to cost us 983 dollars. Again, one bedroom/one bathroom.

Overrated.
