I will try to convey the experiences that I have had while living here at Heritage Apartments. The apartments are built cheaply and do not stay warm, therefore you have to turn the heater way up. Problem: The heater uses an ancient system of water going through coils, when it heats up the heater turns on. This is very costly to the apartment dweller. If you use the heater at night and wake up in the morning and decide oh I would like to take a shower, well you are sadly mistaken, there is no hot water because the heater uses all the hot water. This is utterly ridiculous.

My lease is almost up and I can't wait. The maintenance staff is a joke. You have to wait for literally weeks and sometimes months for even a small problem in the apartment to be fixed. Don't make the same mistake that I did. This place is a joke!

The owners are from California and this type of heating sytem is popular in that state, due to the warm climate year around. Have maintenance check the temperature setting on the water heater. If its too low, have them turn it all the way up to max. hth
