The Apartments were taken over a few months ago by a new Manager and the service has gone down hill dramatically since then. After having the billing office enter incorrectly the funds we were paying them each month. It took numerous trips to the office to get management to fix their screw ups and show our monthly payments up to date. They kept putting eviction notices on our door for all to see because they couldnt get their books to update correctly. The issue was finally resolved by my refusal to leave their office until the manger fixed the problem.
The worst problem of all was mice. I caught over 30 mice in our apartment in a period of 2 months. They were in the walls and cupboards constantly. We kept our apartment very clean but couldnt get rid of them.
