AND

you can hear everything from the people living above you, there are 2 adults above us and we can hear EVERYTHING at ALL hours of the day or night... its unbelievable! i have live in MUCH better apartments than this!!!

AND

the yards are SO littered with dog feces and cigarette butts i cant even let the kids off the pavement!
