better soundproofing would help

I heard way to much stuff...it made me tiptoe around my place for fear of disturbing anyone else...a radio was left on in another apartment for days, I could distinctly here the words to the songs all night...that drove me nuts.

Several cars have been parked in my assigned stall, forcing a long, dark icy walk back to my apartment from the "guest section".
