Management is poor. Maintenance is good. Rates are very high for paper thin walls where you hear EVERYTHING. Not only do you give a security deposit that is nonrefundable but they also charge you for cleaning etc on the move out. It does not come out of your security deposit.
I have heard from other people that they cleaned the apartment very good and could not get a walk through (which is supposedly encouraged by the office personnel). They had to pay a good amount for the cleaning after they had done a good job.
The windows provide poor insulation. The refrigerator, microwave, kitchen area is outdated. The washer/dryer are cheap. The dryer only dries for 30 min at a time including a 10 minute cool down, so it actually dries for only 20 min.
We cannot wait to move out.
