Very nice, but expensive

From someone who has rented most of her life, these were nice, clean, well-lit, well layed out apartments. However, they were quite expensive. After living in these apartments, my husband and I bought a house - and lowered our monthly payments by several hundred dollars. Aside from the price, the only real complaint was that there were no overhead lights in the living areas or bedrooms (there was one in the kitchen and bathrooms) and we were not informed of this AT ALL. As we viewed the model during the day, we didn't even think to ask, but our first night living there (after spending the day moving) we discoverd that we were stuck mainly in the dark.
