We have lived here for a year and a half and it is our favorite of the 8 (yes, 8) apartments we have lived in since we got married. We live on the top floor so we have vaulted ceilings which makes it feel even more spacious. The floorplan is very liveable and roomy. Maintenance is on top of things and very helpful. The staff is friendly and helpful. They seem to know all the residents by name. We haven't had any problems with neighbors (except for the smokestacks that live below us--holy cow, breathe some oxygen every once in a while!) That's the one bad thing: smoking INSIDE the apartments is allowed here, which is totally disgusting. But we contacted the office about the fact that our apartment constantly smelled like smoke as soon as our downstairs neighbors moved in, and they just asked the people to smoke outside. We haven't had any problems since, at least not inside. We can't leave our balcony door open without it seeping in but what are ya gonna do' I really enjoy the graounds as they are a little more outdoorsy than some of the things you can find at other complexes. It's just pretty. After it rains, it smells like you are camping. There are tons of trees and it's just nice.
