The management for this complex is the worst of it all. If you have a problem with a neighbor (as we did) they will be very slow to resolve the issue, and then will patronize you until it finally becomes clear that they are trying to punish both parties. When questioned as to why they are treating you like they want you out, they will swear they want you to stay. I know this happened to several other tenants I was friends with and all left once their first lease was up. The management is VERY unprofessional to the point of being downright rude and lazy. No matter how competitive their pricing is you will pay even more in frazzled nerves and being insulted if an issue ever arises.

Management in 2009 still terrible gets nothing done! Upper management needs to improve internally, cut their losses with their current property manager, and reap a better outlook and higher profits for the future with carefully hiring their next one. SUGGESTION: High someone you'd want to handle your own money! Because that is what's flowing out your pockets!
