We lived in these apartments for 3 years. In that time, there have been 3 different managers. The manager that is there currently, is the best of all 3. She does resolve issues when they arise. The manager that was spoken of in previous reviews is no longer there (thank heavens!).
I will say that for the price, you get an ok place. There is false advertising of 1100 square feet. It is nowhere near that. The biggest building only has 975 sq. feet. There are many dog owners who don't clean up their pet's poop, so that is all over the playground. Very frustrating if you have small children that want to go outside and play.
Maintenance is usually pretty prompt about fixing things and they do try to keep the place looking nice. However, they will do the cheapest fix they can, and sometimes will have to come back multiple times to fix the same thing because they did a cheap fix the first time. It's not their fault though, it's the owner who tells them to do that.
You can hear the neighbors upstairs and downstairs, but that is to be expected in an apartment.
Like I said, for the price, you get an ok place.
