My wife and I chose this place because it was not as expensive as living closer to the University. The layout seemed nice and open. Major downsides are problems with A/C not working and having to call maintenance many times, poor insulation and major draft through walls/windows, shoddy building design and being able to hear all my neighbors and people outside at all hours, people smoking near the entrance of the building, and lack of secured mail drop off in each building. Parking could be worse, but there are times we have to park at least 1 building away. Lots of dog poo in the commons area. Other than that, it's near paradise for the price.
