We have lived here for about 6 years, and there is no loyalty. Every time our contract was up, the rent went up at least $50. It is cheaper to move in here new than what we are paying for rent. Every time we go to the front office, during business hours, there is no one there to help us. You can hear EVERYTHING both above and below your apartment. If you have small children, I hope you get a bottom unit or really nice neighbors below you because it is very hard to try and teach a child they can not jump and to walk lightly so you don't get pounding on your floor from below. The place has just gone down hill in the past couple of years. Keep looking....there has got to be something better than this.
