The office staff is unintelligent, not helpful, and out to get every red cent you have! Ignore noise complaints, ignorant neighbors, and no parking available to tenants. Don't waste your hard-earned money here!

Parking did suck. People always parked in others' assigned spots. Management did nothing to address it. When we complained about noise, we were told we weren't living in a house and that we were not being reasonable. Booming bass at 2 in the morning on a weeknight - now that's unreasonable.
