We just moved out, and out of the $900 we spent in deposits ($150 initial fee, $150 deposit and $300 per pet) guess how much we get back' NONE! In fact, WE OWE THEM $300 once they replace the carpet in the apartment. Now, $400 of the pet deposit was non-refundable, but does that go towards pet-related damages' NO. Its a "management fee" which doesnt apply to the apartment at all. An what about the $25 per pet monthy pet rent' Apparently they just pocket that as well. (That was another $450 for the nine months we had pets)
The staff told us in the beginning that the pet deposits would go toward extra pet-related repairs after we moved out, then said it wouldnt when we moved out.
Total bulls***. DONT EVER RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE
