This place is ok if you don't mind dangerous sidewalks in the winter, a pool and a hot-tub that never works in the summer, and mold in your storage that makes your apartment reek of a musty gym room. Before Hidden Cove, I had never lived in a place where I was counting down the minutes until my lease ended. I hindsight, I would have found something better, but I needed a place that was close to work and I could get into on short notice.

This is a totally lie! I live here for 3 years and the sidewalks are cleared and salted early every morning and night when it snows. They have the best most responsive maintenace staff. Any issues I have are taken care of immediatly and done right. As for the pool and hot tub I have never expirenced any issues with it everytime I go over there, which is quiet often, its always working and clean. You must not have informed the office staff of your mold issues becasue if you had it would have been taken care of ASAP. The office staff is awesome they are so friendly and accomodating. They treat me like Im number one everytime I go in there. Especially now that the blonde girl doesent work in the office. She was my only complaint, but they took care of that just like they take care of everything. I would highly reccomend Hidden Cove. Its the best community I have ever lived in. Check it out I know you will love it!

I'll grant you that they did remove the snow. However, there were several times I had to perform acrobatics to avoid falling on the ice, and a couple of times it happened anyways. The pool was closed for AT LEAST 3 weeks total the summer I lived there, and I don't remember ever being able to use the hot-tub. I called about the mold. They came over, sprayed it with bleach and called it good. It never went away and after repeated attempts to get them to come back, I gave up. Katie was about as fake a person as I've ever met and was totally useless as a property manager. Never did anything I had to deal with her on get resolved. Heard she's gone though, so maybe things are looking up. Also, I don't lie, and I respect your opinion. Please respect mine.
