Not enough space for the money From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/23/2004 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 1999   Our apartment was so small, my mother said it looked like a hotel suite...wouldÂve been fine for 1 person, definately not enough space for 2 adults and a child. The location and views were a big plus but not enough to justify the rent cost. Plus, if didn't live in a 3rd floor apartment, the ceilings were thin and you could hear every footstep of the tenants above you.
