We signed a three month contract with Layton Meadows. At the end of our stay we were told that we have to have the apartment repainted if we are less then a year. We had to pay for a dishwasher we reported broken when we first arrived. READ YOUR LEASE CAREFULLY! Very dissatisfied. WOULDNT do it again! Now we understand why it has the nickname Layton Ghettos
