I've lived here for over a year now, being in the military I liked that they helped you out, and that some utilities were covered. The staff will seem to help you out when you call, but nothing gets done. My apartment has flooded 3 times from lack of proper drainage. The "Laundry Room" in my apartment was never supposed to be there but was added last minute and is not adequate for a laundry room. The drain always backs up and leaks into my dining room and because there was never any ventilation the "Canister" they give you for the exhaust tosses lint all over your apartment leaving a thick coat of lint in your dining room to vacuum weekly. The carpets seemed O.K. when we moved in but once the vacuum patterns from the cleaning people are gone you notice all the stains, wear, bald spots in the rug! I've complained 3x about the people next door because this is a non-smoking apt and they smoke in the apt and our vents are connected so it smells like I smoke in my apartment. They have to spray bi-monthly for bugs and I'm still always seeing spiders and centipedes in my apartment. The utilities are way past due for upgrades. The burners on my stove don't even fit into their sockets. The exhaust hood barely works, and the fridge looks like it went 10 rounds with Tyson. The exhausts in the bathrooms sound like a cessna taking off and the fixtures in the bathrooms are horribly worn. The "Master Bedroom" bathroom has a shower stall and the door doesnt have a proper seal which causes it to leak all over the place. Anywhere there is tile (Ie. Bathroom, kitchen, entryway) there are a lot of scratches, dents, scuffs. The only upside is that the Manager is nice, she will work with you on pricing, everything is negotiable especially for Military. But for me I'd rather pay a little more for a more comfortable apartment. Oh, 1 more thing well I remember, the living room doesn't have enough room for a futon and a TV without being able to use the TV Stand as an ottoman. Very small living room. But they do have Cable Internet available now.
