Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I lived in a one bedroom apartment for one year. The price was right - under $500 with cable included. The pool was great, CLEAN and always open, never shut down because of any problems. The office staff were friendly, and the maintenance was good. If I ever had any problems they were usally repaired the same day. I would highly recommend.
