We are counting down the days until our lease is over. I HATE this place. You have to hook up the dryer to a little box thing which make the apartment humid. People are outside hanging around smoking all the time. It is loud. The police have visited the complex over 35 time in the last 90 days (I checked it out with the Layton police department). It is way small for what you pay for. THIS PLACE SUCKS!! STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!!

The places are small for the cost. And the cost keeps going up and up. I agree about the smokers. They are always right outside my door and windows. And I can smell the smoke coming in even with everything closed. I had no idea about the police visits. I've seen them a few times, but 35 is alot.

The management here are shysters, they exhibit extremely poor business practices. The list of maintenance, contractual, and bad-tenant issues is really too long to post. If you do move in here, watch the office staff like hawks, get EVERYTHING in writing, and make sure you get the copy of the agreements, check the agreements against each other. They use "bait and switch" tactics with their paperwork, and they count on you not getting an attorney to fight them over obvious and glaring problems. A standard property agreement, with inventory list, is insufficient against these crooks. Stay away.
