I have lived here for 3 years and love it! not only is the staff wonderful (which are all new i think in december) which is awesome because before the staff was very bad, with the improved staff they have gotten to every workorder i have had within the day itself! i have never had that kind of experience at an apartment complex itself. I read some other reviews about the cops being here, which i think is funny because we are on the safety watch which means the police is going to be here, for me i think thats wonderful im not scared at night when my husband is at work. i think this place is very well kept up on. i would live here!!

for me i have lived is some very bad places, i understand why you didnt like my score value however i know that things can be fixed. i never notice a bunch of cop cars all i know is they travel in 2 or 3 sometime in utah. even if you get pulled over on the highway for speeding. i think that in anywhere you live there are improvements to be made, but im not lazy! and i can do most of the stuff by myself. the dirt pile did not bug me because it wasnt by my spot and i didnt have my kids go and play over there anyways. the potholes are a problem and i have complained about that but i was told that they cant have them filled until it was at least 71 degrees, and that there is no more snow. which is a fine answer to me as long as they get fixed soon. for me i think you are just an angry person that probably is having some hard times and wont to bash on anything that is good. i feel sorry for you. :) this is a great place to live i tell everyone about it.

You obviously don't understand alot of things and have low expectations. You are the lowest common denominator they seek to cater to. Compared to living in the slums, yes this is a decent place. Comparing it to other complexes in the area for the price(Sterling Pointe for example), this place could use work. I have no problem doing repairs myself if I can deduct it from the rent. But when I am paying for a certain level of quality and service, I expect to get it. I find that the complex fails to deliver on that way too often. That isn't anger, it's common sense.

The reason for the safety watch isn't a coincidence, it's because of the unusual number of reports of criminal activity. Forget about noise complaints. There are drug deals, fights, domestic violence complaints, break-ins, etc. It doesn't look it from a quick glance, but it's bad. I just keep my head down, and I don't have children. If I did, I'd break lease and get straight out of here. You're taking your life in your hands by moving in here.
