New management very unfriendly

When we first moved in staff was great and fairly responsive.

Then new manager came in and big problems.

We had been told one tenant was to be evicted after multiple visits by police for gunfire and her 2-3 year old daughter running loose about the grounds in the nude.

My teenager found her naked one day, in their car, trying to start it, all while the mother was passed out upstairs.

This tenant is still there months after we moved out after hearing gunfire again.

We were not allowed to even view our apartment before we signed the lease (thought it was a Utah thing) and when we got in had NO padding under the carpet, a hole in the A/C ducting that froze the laundry room out but did not cool the rest of the apartment.

Holes in the yard that never got filled, maintenance personell that stole items from outside front door, rules that were not equally enforced on all tenants, noisy tenants not dealt with, etc, etc.

We finally gave up and moved but without a full months notice.

Now they have a collection agency chasing us.

We moved because of our safety concerns with gunfire in the hall above ours!
