I signed a 6 month lease. I was stuck with a 3 bedroom bottom level mess. The kitchen cupboards had a strange smell that I couldn't get rid of, and there were always wild looking teenagers lurking about at all hours of the night. I FOUND A GROUP OF THEM PEEKING THROUGH MY TEENAGE DAUGHTER'S BEDROOM WINDOW!!!! Scary!! If you are wise, you will stay away!!!!!!
