I've lived at Quail Cove for over 3 years and will never leave! As with any complex, I've been through the minor problems but every time I have, the staff has been very prompt, friendly and professional. I have referred many friends to live here and they all feel the same way. This winter has been extremely harsh and the apartments experienced many problems. But as always, the wonderful staff made sure the problems were adressed in a timely manner and although it was apparent they were stressed to the max, they maintained a friendly attitude. I just want to say thanks for all they do because this place is my home and I love being treated like a guest every day. Woo Woo!!
