Management is lazy. One of the leasing agents that lives on site throws parties until 4am. If he is that inconsiderate of his surrounding neighbors, he's not going to care about anyone else. If you get a package without a notice from the delivery person, the office has a special room where they leave your package until you figure out where it is, because they'd rather be eating or smoking. If you have water coming into your apartment, they get pissed off if they are interrupted stuffing their faces. They are idiots!!! Young and clueless.
