I think everyone is forgetting the word "apartments". The last 2 reviews are crazy! I AM a single mom with 2 kids. I'm NOT on housing! I know that they do criminal backgrounds here. I went down to the local police station and got a crime report on the area and there is nothing to do with molesting! There is a database that shows you the addresses of registered sex offenders.
As I said before, I am a single mom. My apartment has never been broken in to. I've never felt unsafe. Obviously it was better that the last 2 left because I wouldn't want them as my neighbors if all they do is start rumors and get people upset! The maintenance is wonderful. You have to remember that of course things will go wrong, I had a small problem with my fridge not working, and the maintenance got me a new one within 3 hours! And the management changes a lot, but I've never had a problem with them.
I have had 4 friends move- in here and I even got money for it. All of my friends love it here too and I don't intend to move until I find a house.
