Same story, found this place on rent.com from out of state.
Pics looked great.
Moved in and less than a week after moving in..
the partying started.
Loud music, police at the building constantly.
There are two friendly, caring staff members (a sweet leasing agent and one maintenance person).
The rest of the staff are short on the phone, unprofessional and snotty.
As one of the other residents stated...
don't interrupt their lunch or their personal phone calls..
they take that quite personally! The maintenance staff take their time to fix stuff (namely the air conditioning when it was 110 out.
Was without air for 3 days..
they blamed it on the owner for tryin to "save some bucks") but when you're one day late on rent you're served an eviction notice.
This place just has a total ghetto feel.
Loud car music all hours of the day and night, people too lazy to pick up their dog crap, garbage all over, kids half dressed and unsupervised all over the place, teens drinking and smoking, perverted maintenance men talking to pretty young teen girls instead of cleaning the grounds up.....
If you're a young teen moving into your first apartment, you don't mind the rundown look, don't mind being treated badly by the staff and don't mind loud music till 4am or the police constantly outside..
it's a grrrrreat place to live.

Ghetto? Ever been to downtown Ogden? Also I think it's weird that the partying didn't start until after a week of being moved in. Do you think the management conned everyone into stopping for a week to please you and then going full blast? Teens drink and smoke everywhere; it's the 21st century. Sure; it's not good. Sure; I don't agree with it either. But what is the management supposed to do about it? They can't do anything more about it than you can. Also, I would consider the bad treatment by the staff to be linked to your assumably rude remarks and smirks toward them. Doesn't the saying go... 'treat others as you would like to be treated'?
