Okay, I have lived here since 2002. I mean come on people, it's not the Hilton but it sure isn't motel 6 either! I think that some people are a little too sensitive. Do you even know what the ghetto is' There is no ghetto in Layton! Go take a trip to my home town in Louisiana and I'll show you ghetto! I hate small minded people with big mouths. And by the way, it's never been 110 degrees here so maybe you should check your facts before you speak. mmmmkay' Let me just say that I have never met such irritable people in the whole world as I have living in Utah. I came here 4 years ago with the air force. I lived in my first apartment just up the street for 6 months and hated it! I came here and I have had the occasional neighbor problem and my toilet got clogged a couple times, (which by the way was not my fault! haha) but that's to be expected. So overall I would recommend this place to my own mother, I've been taken care of and I don't get bothered.
