i have been living here for a while and based on my own personal experience, i do feel safe and comfortable living here BUT, theres always dog crap on the grass and it seems to be getting worse. the closets in my rooms fell off the first day i moved in and i HATE how my bathtub makes a squeaky sound when i move around in it. This place is ok for someone not making lots of cash, but as soon as I do, im getting the hell out of here!!!
