I'm am sorry but all these people are so rude, I can't believe how much people talk. I loved living at Quail Cove, I was sent to utah with miliary orders, I got to Hill Air Force Base last January. I had 8 days to find a great apartmnet community, Quail Cove was the first one I saw, I loved it but I wanted to see what eles was out there. I went to Sterling Point, the lady that was there helping me was so rude, she asked me where I had shop so far, I said Quail Cove she told me not to stay there. The office staff is rude,and plenty of other thing she was just talking crap about Quail Cove especially on the leasing agent that helped me,I thought it was very rude, Do you think I wanted to stay there' Hell no they must have some jealous problems Because don't get me wrong the staff is HOT at Quail Cove!! I am for real when I walked in I felt like I walked into a beauty shop! They are very helpful and friendly which made my choice of living very easy to make. Sterling Point made me stay at Quail Cove and trust me I thank them because I wanted to see other places but I stop shopping around after that. Maintenance are the ball when you need them, I lived on the top floor no sound at all, the community is very clean and well keep up! I would have stayed longer if I wouldn't of got orders. People need to be concerns about what they say and how they word things because it will come back to you in the end.

I am a resident, Your not lieing about the staff in the office they are very hot!!! And I don't ever want to get orders because I will miss looking at the staff butts.
