ive lived here for 3 years and i hate it.mostly in summer...the a/c doesnt work right always like 90 in my apt and the staff doesnt seem to care that we are burning up in here. they say its because i have a window fan in my bedroom..(said that my open window was sucking out all the cold air)pfft plz its only in at night.they tell me to change the filter..for one u cant feel the air unless u stand on a chair and put your hand to the vent and then it feels like someone blowing on your hand...no air flow..complained every year..and this year they that since i live on the top floor that it will be a little hot..a little hot...90 with the a/c running all day and night' they said they came up to check it..so i went to talk to the manager and she had no idea what i was talking about..oh and those who say that dont come to talk to the staff at lunch ...haha she said they dont eat lunch..go figure..and yes dog crap all over..and the noise. the people below me party every weekend loud and rude..to live on the top floor and have my floor shake come on..told the office and they said just call the police..there is nothing we can really do..( what a joke)and the people before them would trip out that we where to noisy. i have 3 kids.and they complained to the office that they could hear them walking ..dont you know we got a notice wtf'so mainly dont move here unless u get a basement apt and face the west u will burn up..you will pay a power bill of more then 200 a month for i should know, and thats just to keep yourself from passing out from the heat..and hope to hell the people above you are elderly so they wont make to much noise although you might hear them walking..good thing we arent in az or all the top floor renters would be dead from the heat.dont move here unless u are single like to party and like 90 heat in your apt.

True, true, true, true and true! I forgot to mention the A/C in my own review... what a JOKE! HORRIBLY hot in the summer, I lived in a middle apt and still could rarely get the temp in the day under 85 degrees. But with the central air, even though it BARELY makes a dent in the heat, I also paid in excess of $200/month for my Rocky Mountain Power bill!

If you hate it so badly, Why do you still live there? I have lived in these apartments for over a year and I have enjoyed my stay! I can't take you seriously because even though you have had a bad experiance YOU STILL LIVE THERE!!! So they must be doing something right!

We still live here because our leases aren't up - and if you try to leave before you get charged 2 months rent...that's nearing $1,600 for my husband and I...we just have to wait it out till the bitter end. Unless you're a cute single guy - then they treat you different - true story. Our single guy friend that lived here was able to get out of his lease easy. Hmm...
