My experience at Quail Cove Apartment complex has left a bad taste in my mouth. Where do I start' My biggest issue is with the stiff, uncaring attitude of staff to correct issues at my request, ie. my assigned parking spot was on the end of the covered parking, the rain blew under, the snow blew under, the dust from the endless construction on premises blew under, and even though half of our building was vacant, 'policy' would not allow them to give me another spot. But if the management wanted something done, they wanted it done NOW! My car was burglarized twice during our stay, and when I called them to let them know it was occurring (not to blame them, but to warn them) They went into a well-rehearsed discourse as to why it was not their fault and why they were not accountable. OK, thanks for the ride! The last thing I will say, though NOT my last complaint is that when leases expired, twice during my stay, the renewal options were poor... only 8-12 month options were offered and at a much higher rate despite the fact that for a very large of the last year we have had no access to the fitness center (which they now want us to pay a $20 fee for an entry card) The pool was unavailable for several weeks at the beginning of summer etc. NOT GOOD!!! GO elsewhere!!!

The gym is free if you go during office hours. You only have to pay for the key if you need to go after office hours.
