I can tollerate a lot. Crapy grounds keeping. Horrible parking. Filthy pool and laundry rooms. Loud noise from neighbors. Leaky faucets. And so much more. But what I can't tollerate is all of that all at once on top of staff members who do not care about the people at all. I would be willing to put up with all of that if rent was resonable and the staff actually cared about you and wanted to help you. This place gets worse every year.
This whole "re-modeling" thing really is just sweaping the dirt under the rug. They make a big deal about a whole new weight room with brand new equipment. In reality, they just painted the walls and refurbished the equipment that they already had. They they bought some additional used equipment and fixed it up a bit. Plus they moved all of the equipment into one of the requetball courts and there is just a big empty space where the equipment used to be. It is in no way an improvement. Still don't have simple things like paper towels to wipe down the equipment when you are done. And oh by the way, now they charge people to use it. This is just one example of the poor re-modeling jobs that they have done.

I live here and I have to disagree, I don't know if you have ever had a gym membership but these are brand new equipment and excuse me but they now offer professional training classes for free, and if you lived here in the past people vandalized things thats why they charge. This is also a great safety feature (top of the line security system, I feel safe without my spouse). This is an absolute beautiful property, and much better than most in the area, you need to ask yourself what did you help to contribute during your living experience.
