Quail Cove

Worst place i've ever lived! From: blueleavesonfire@hotmail.com Date posted: 4/19/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I hate Quail cove fist of all in the lease it allows them to come into your apartment whenever they want with or without your permission and they do. We came home one night to find our door left open and the papers by the door crushed. The staff excluding maybe two people are rude. parking sucks the lines are not equal and they repaved the lot and its worse then before. plus when i moved out they tried to charge me a ton of fees for a pet i never had. oh and if you have kids don't move here all the staff does is complain about the kids. we all got notes on our doors about kids noise outside and during the winter the kids were not allowed to sled anywhere on the premises. and also during christmas you are only allowed to have decorations on your own deck for a small period of time before getting fined. They are extremly controlling. So if you want no privacy and a crappy old place to live in its perfect... otherwise try everywhere else first!
