I have been living here for 2 years. When we did the intial walk through. after signing a lease...we noted that all the closet doors are off the runners, and all of the drawers in the kitchen as well. We were told they would be fixed, after numerous calls, and the doors coming off the tracks daily, I fixed purchased and replaced new hardware myself. Oh, and be careful in the shower, the glass doors do eventually fall in on you while you are showering...they are also on tracks.

When the heating or the air conditioner ( which barely works, and expect $300.00 monthly bills in the summer) kicks on, it blows streaks (no exageration) of grime and dust across the ceiling. It is impossible to keep the dust off anything. We received promise after promise to repair these problems. First with the management company that was running this place when we first moved here, and then again when the owner's terminated the management company and took over ( we re-signed because we thought things had to get better). At least the owners change the furnace filters, but this doesn't do much good when the vents are never cleaned. You would have thought that they would have at least done this when they went non-smoking.
Do not walk on the lawn...dog dung everywhere. The sprinklers spot up freshly washed cars nightly. Speaking of cars, one of ours was accidently towed from our assigned parking spot. We now have three because it took us 4 months to find that out. They made a mistake, and did pay the $85.00 towing fee. Within the last week, 2 cars have had their back windshields smashed out. Yep, you guessed it, one was ours. When I reported it to the office (after filing a police report) I was told that they would enter the information in our file. We are paying $1065.00 for an apartment, where it is not even safe to park our cars, none of the doors or drawers work, it is constantly too warm or chilly, and the only thing we have received is more false promises. I am positive that there are much better rental apartments available else where ( this is by far the worst that I have rented). So save some aggravation, and pass Quail Cove up.

I could not agree MORE with this review! I check back periodically to this site and see what OTHERS are saying about Quail Cove. I've found much better living elsewhere! Oh, and I KNO Wfor a fact one of the few good reviews on here was done by a staffer. Nice try! Find a BETTER place to live than Quail Cove!!!

could not agree more, the apts over charge on their rents for what you get, unless willing to spend two hundred a month more for a remodeled unit will get a place falling apart, pipes in laundry room always falling, cabinets old and broken have the wiring in my unit does not work only place we can get cable is in living room, these places are not at all worth the money and do not think about there residents well being at all.

I agree completely, apts falling apart but the rents keep going up, so money hungry dont know how they live with themselves treating familys with children the way they do.

Such a horrible place to live!! Management is TERRIBLE!! I wish we'd checked these reviews before moving in...
