As far as location is concerned - we've loved living here. The apt itself is pretty clean, because we cleaned it when we moved in - but small and WAY overpriced. Not only that - but they try to squeeze all the extra money out of you they can. Once they tried to charge us an extra $20 for something we never received on our door - give me a break! The office staff - specifically the main manager - treats her tenants like they are below her. Like crap in the gutter. It's like she's forgetting we are the ones paying her salary! So rude and demeaning. We will never live here again or recommend it to anyone we know. And we're leaving as soon as our lease is up - maybe sooner. I have never been treated so poorly. If you like to be treated with respect, not get ripped off, and have a community feel to where you live - STAY AWAY from Quail Cove!!
