If I can save you time and trouble-DO NOT RENT HERE! It's awful.
It is way overpriced for what you get.
The windows are single paned so you can hear everyone outside and you can always hear the airplanes from the Air Force overhead.
It gets way to hot and the air will never turn off during the summer because the windows let in too much heat.
Same in the winter.
It never heats up if it is too cold.
If you have two bathrooms, they charge you $40 for water regarless of how much you use.
If you go outside, there is dog dung everywhere.
People do not pick up and you can always hear the dogs bark.
They try and charge you for every little thing.
We were charged for a "Spot/Stain Removal $50" and "Pet/Enzyme treatment $60" and we didn't have pets in the apartment and it was scrubbed clean.
Look around for a better deal.
