Yall are a bunch of boohoo babies! Quail is the bomb-diggity and I wont be moving until I get a house
Everyone on here anyways are people who had a bad experience due to self made issues, like being problem children, and then you all probably had to get regulated on by the office so now your searching diligently to find some place to talk trash about the property cuz you cant take responsibility for your own problems! I pay rent on time, I stepped in poop a couple of times, but i did in the park too...
so i cleaned my shoe off and kept walking! Geez! Its not that hard! Ya, there are kids everywhere playing, but there are a lot of kids in Walmart too, so should I stop shoppimg there'' He$% no! Cuz I like me some savings! But my favorite one is the "Mold" one....
hahahahahaha!! Ya, if you set a piece food on the counter and leave it out for a week it will mold, duh! Didnt you ever do science in school' So OBVIOUSLY if you leave your door shut after you shower and dont let it air out, or you never clean your home, you most likely will get some mold.
I had mold on my toast once, i threw it away.
I blamed it on myself for leaving the bread out.
I think you should too!
Keep it up Quail Cove!! There are some of us who appreciate what you do, and enjoy things instead of enjoy complaining!

I believe this is a pathetic attempt by the larger girl in the back office. Nice try! We all know this place is horrible! Maybe if this place got their act together actual renters would have nice things to say instead of the management acting like renters and trying to make this place sound good. Also, i wouldnt be trash talking the residents saying that they are self made issues. That's called bad management skills. Why you still have a job is beyond me!

actually i am not the "larger" girl in the back office. and what does her size have to do with anything? did it ever occur to you that these people you refer to are human beings with feelings? are you really that perfect that you can speak on them like they are beneath you? FYI she is NOT that big! Regardless, you have your opinions and I have mine. There are people that have differant views than you and as I stated before, I think its a great place... epecially grateful that YOU are not my neighbor. You dont even have any real complaints! All you are talking about is appearances... are you jealus?

I glad you have had a great time here. I would like you to know that my complaints are real. I can't make children appear in the apartment below me just to make noise. For that apartment the guy downstairs needs to control his kids. I have also never had a compliant from the office so I would never to fishing to look for things to make myself sound better.

One thing I would like to say... children being loud are not the managements problems. It's the parents. Maybe a better idea rather than bashing an apartment complex is to confront the family and ask them nicely to be reasonable quiet at certain hours of the day. Also; this is a problem you will run into at any apartment complex, it's something you can either confront (the right way) or ignore.
The management staff is great. Very friendly and extremely personable. The amenities downstairs are great; and the maintenance of the property is extremely nice considering how big their complex is.
