The managerial staff at this apartment were very rude and unempathetic towards any problems. We had horrible people living above us. The first was a single man with too many kids for 2 bedrooms and he never let them outside so our lights would shake and our door vibrated when they ran upstairs or played basketball on their kitchen floor. The staff told us that he was delinquent on many payments and that they had had numerous problems with him but that they wouldn't let him out of his contract until he had paid up. 4 1/2 mos later they let him move to a bigger apt so that he would have space for the 5 kids and cat that he never claimed on his lease. Now we have a couple who scream and fight and slam doors at 1 or 2 am and they expected us to just take it as a part of apartment living...when we signed the lease my husband made sure to ask if noise was a problem and the assistant manager assured us that the only noise we would hear is an occasional plane from the base. Long story short, we never heard the planes. And the apartment is accross from a scummy apt complex where you can always find cops and people blaring their music loud enough to break glass. Long story short, unless you get a top floor apt surrounded by empty ones, don't expect to get any sleep. Military...don't rent from here! My husband lost so much sleep that they had to put him on meds to deal with the stress!
